Our story

Comprised of the former General Manager and Management Personnel from the famous Martin B. Retting, Inc. gnu-shop, we boast over 50-years of combined firearms industry experience. We offer extensive knowledge in all aspects of both the shooting sports and collecting side sides of the firearms industry. In addition, we bring years of experience in dealing with all types of firearms related collectibles, edged weapons, militaria and what we like to call “rustic ephemera”. Our extensive knowledge forms the backbone of our organization and we pride ourselves on being able to tackle any collection, no matter how large or esoteric.

Our Services

In addition to the direct sales and acquisition of arms and other collectibles, we offer an extensive range of services. These services include appraisals, estate liquidation, FFL transfer, seized firearm recovery and expert testimony services. At Camarillo Traders although we conduct most of our sales through the popular online auction sites, we always have far more firearm available than we’re able to list. If you’re having a hard time finding a specific firearm, whether vintage or modern, please drop us a line and give us a chance to try to find it for you. Chances are that we’ll either have something either already in stock, or readily available. Looking to special order we format. We offer competitive pricing on special order firearms!

Looking to sell your gun(s) or collectibles? We’re one of the few buyers that can offer you top dollar up front, whether it’s a single gun or an entire collection. . While we also offer the option consignment, selling outright offers many benefits overall. Please contact our buyers for an evaluation of your collection.
